Shipping TAT is 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Any pre-orders will be shipped within specified time frame. Order numbers and tracking information will be provided for all items! Dixie Dimes is not responding for lost or stolen packages once your item is marked as delivered via tracking.

Returns:

Please note that we happily accept returns however all times must be returned within 14 days of delivery. All items must be return in new condition with tags attached. Used/wore items will not be accepted. All returns will be issued as a store credit for the price of the item(s) MINUS the cost of shipping, we will NOT refund to the original method of payment. This store credit will be issued as a digital gift card. Buyer is responsible for return label, Dixie Dimes is not responsible for lost or stolen items that do not make their way back to us.

Please understand that all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
